Every time you run a sandbox, execute a tool, or process a document through a Tensorlake API, you consume Tensorlake credits. One credit is worth $0.01. Credits appear as line items on your invoice so you can trace cost down to the sandbox that burned them.
You can start on our Free tier with 2 concurrent sandboxes — no credit card required. When you're ready to scale past the Free limits, the On-Demand tier has no base fee and bills only what you use.
Yes. We are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant on every tier, and HIPAA compliant with a BAA on Pro and above. For strict data residency or sovereignty requirements we offer on-prem and in-VPC deployment on Enterprise — email support@tensorlake.ai to start a conversation.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period. Your data, projects, API keys, and sandboxes are preserved across plan changes — only the limits and rates change.
